Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. She began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16 after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. She won her Pro Card only one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. Following her decision to quit gymnastics and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. She won her Professional Card just one year later, at the age of 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is one of the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from performing after earning her professional card in order to further her education. In 2015 continued her earlier efforts. In the past, she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her win in her first contest She continued to compete for several years setting new goals. She had already won four other fitness titles. In addition, the 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age in history. Ariel spent the first six years of competing to obtain her college diploma. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel was able to make a comeback in the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the show, she finished with a third-place finish. In the summer of 2016 saw her winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in be a part of the Fitness Olympia. A few months later she was on the Olympia stage and took home the 6th position in the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled of her 6th position at the level of Fitness, despite being completely unprepared. Considering she was battling against top athletes. Ariel continues to improve her physique. Ariel is a fan of working on her lower back. It is a combination of bent-over rows, lat-pull-downs using a single arm with a pull-up device as well as the seated rows. She will warm up prior to working on the sets. Additionally, Ariel likes to use her time in the most efficient way feasible. The supersetting of all exercises back into three to four 10- 12 repetition supersets is exactly what she is doing.
