Luciana was raised to be a child in Rome with her grandparents. Luciana's dad was Manlio Paoluzzi who was an Italian military officer. Her maternal grandmother was Maria Rota Paoluzzi who was at one time Benito Mussolini's lovers. Her siblings are unknown. Luciana attended an elementary school in the area before going at the Scientific Academy of Milan in 1955. Luciana was one of only two females in the class. Luciana started out as an actress in fashion after two years. Her professional career took a turn afterwards, when by pure luck, she was offered her first role on screen in Three Coins in the Fountain. Brett Halsey was the first woman she got married to. He's an actor. In the years following their marriage they produced a film together called Return to the Peyton Palace. Luciana was given the custody of Charles born on 13 June 1961. The couple divorced within a year. Luciana was in a relationship with Tony Athony from 1962 and 1970. He is an actor/producer who was inspired to write and produce the Spaghetti Western hybrid based on her role in the movie Green Slime.
