Annmarie Fairweather serves as Chief Human Resources officer at Learning Ally. She is responsible for the leadership of the entire People, Culture, and initiative related to talent. Annmarie has a proven Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience having worked across various industries with leaders and their teams to improve the business results, especially when there is growth or rapid transformation by focusing on creating, aligning and implementing a global human resources strategy. As an advisor, she was involved to help translate the corporate and people strategies into strategic goals, and enterprise-wide objectives with regard to performance management and organizational including employee participation and transformation. Infatuated by leadership, she sees team building and learning as crucial to maintaining competitive advantage. With her broad experience of working for Fortune 500 as well as mid-sized and small companies to coach and develop leaders and achieve outcomes, she has helped to create corporate cultures that promote the concept of learning, innovation and transformation. Annmarie has been motivated to give her talents and resources to further assist Learning Ally's cause. When she has time off she provides assistance to a number of non-profit organisations. In the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie has committed her time and talent to assisting Learning Ally's mission.
