Katie Lowes

The actress is best known for her performance on the massively well-known ABC show "Scandal," actor Katie Lowes was born with little more than a simple love of the stage. Lowes was raised and born in Queens (New York) had a passion for performing and singing for her family as well as acquaintances. Lowes was different from other kids who are awed by entertaining others was not able to let her enthusiasm for performing go as she grew up. Lowes got more determined and determined to pursue her passion, enrolling in the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. The actress would later prove her worth with a starring role in the Tisch stage production called "Four Saints from Mexico" in 2002. Then, she would go on to getting her degree and stepping into the realm of professional. Lowes appeared in a number of notable roles throughout her career, including an appearance in the first episode of the FX series "Rescue me". She was mostly employed in the role of a nanny for connie Britton's child. Lowes managed to secure the role of Quinn Perkins in Shonda Rhimes' political thriller "Scandal", (ABC, 2012to). Her first impression was that she instantly connected to the character since her name as a middle child, Quinn, is also identical to her name. Scandal would become Lowes an international household name and image, as well as introduced her to actor Adam Shapiro, whom she was married to in June of 2012.
